There are lots of to-dos for Concepcioun this year. This small biz will be changing, evolving, etc. I am trying not to get overwhelmed by it, because then my motivation will freeze. There are many things to talk about, which I will reveal later in my posts as well as in email campaigns. The holiday [...]

There are a few customers that do question the value of what they have purchased. Frankly, I think they have every right to wonder why handmade goods [...]

Okay, so this has nothing to do with Concepcioun. I had to share this, because I love all things mid-century modern. I have been slowly furnishing my apartment over the past few years with vintage furniture; my latest and greatest purchase is this fantastic dresser. It has a Cavalier tag attached to it. However, my [...]

I have a hard time going to any art supply store without stopping by the handmade paper section. There are so many wonderful patterns, textures and colors now in handmade paper. I often walk out with one or two sheets of interesting sheets. I have recently refrained from passing through the paper section of art [...]

I am so lucky to have such appreciative customers. Time after time, brides will take the time out of their day just to e-mail me and let me know how much they liked their custom guest book order. Is it because they know that their guest book was created by hand, and that the person [...]
